Hemos recibido la fatal noticia del fallecimiento de nuestra "MAESTRA" Dª. ISIDRA Mª SANTOS ESCORZA, desde estas lineas queremos enviar nuestro mayor y sentido pesame tanto a sus familiares como a los senos de las agrupaciones a las que dirigió y dedicó tantos esfuerzos,ilusiones y cariño.
Pensamos que se habrá ido con el orgullo y satisfación de un gran y largo trabajo realizado en apoyo de nuestra Cultura Inmaterial y del que hoy ,estas agrupaciones son sus herederos en beneficio de la sociedad.

From 05 to 15 of July, 2012 in the town of Sozopol, Bulgaria, will take place the 7th International Youth Festival of Arts "Muzite" (in english "The Muzеs").
The festival is organized by association "Muzite" in partnership with the municipality of Sozopol.
The festival is open to all forms of art: different types of dance, music, theater, art, photography, mаgical and circus arts, martial arts and more.
IYFA "The Muses" is not a competition - all participants receive a certificate and gifts provided by the organizers and sponsors. The idea of association "Muses" is that the festival will become a place for creative exchange and contacts in place to give birth to new creative ideas. The festival combines a meeting of young talent, artistic exchange and a wonderful summer vacation.
This letter serves as an invitation to your organization to participate in the 7th IYFA "The Muses". We invite all ensembles and individual artists to participate and represent their country, group, ensemble or their individual talent.

El Festival Internacional de Folklore de los Azores es un FESTIVAL CIOFF de Portugal y es considerad como un do los mejores festivales que se celebrara en Portugal y nosotros tenemos mucho interese en tener una Agrupación de España este año.
Fijaríamos mucho agraciados se una Agrupación vosea aceitase nuestra invitación una vez que tengo seguro que temerán gran suceso junto del pueblo de los Azores.
El festival de 2012 se llevará a cabo entre 12 a 18 de agosto, en la Isla Terceira, el archipiélago de los Azores, Portugal.
Informo-vos que los festival ten lugar en las bonitas islas do archipiélago dos Azores (Portugal), dais la razón pela cual o grupo Terán de viajar de avión desde Lisboa (Portugal) até as islas dos Azores (Portugal), viaje que ten la duración aproximada de 2 horas.
En relación a os precios da viaje, informo que temus precios especiales para os grupos que ven a o festival, una vez que temus un acuerdo con las compañías aéreas través de una agencia de viajes, siendo que para tal usted ten de contactar a agencia de viajes oficial do festival, de modo a reservar os lugares no avión para usted dado que ya tiene este espacio reservado para los grupos para las fechas do festival, una vez que en la fecha del festival existen muchos turistas nos azores.
No último festival os 14 dos 15 grupos que participaran no festival efectuaran as sus reservas pela agencia de viajes oficial del festival, Porque es más económico en comparación con otras agencias de viajes de sus países, y este año todos los grupos participantes en el festival venido por la agencia de viajes porque es más económico para ellos.
El festival es responsable pelo hospedaje, siendo en escuelas o residencias de estudiantes.
El festival se ofrecen tres alimentaciones por día, como desayuno, almuerzo y cena (por favor informar la organización si hay alguien con alimentación especial).
El dinero de bolsillo es de € 2,00 (dos euros) por persona y por día del festival, como está regulado por CIOFF Portugal.
Todos los traslados desde y hacia el aeropuerto, visitas turísticas de las islas, así como el transporte a todas las actuaciones serán realizadas por los organizadores del festival.
El grupo será responsable de pagar el viaje.
El número máximo de personas en el grupo es de 35 elementos (incluyendo bailarines, músicos y directores).
Todos los espectáculos son con música en vivo, interpretada por el grupo.
Durante el Festival habrá una Feria de Artesanía y de los sabores tradicionales, en que los grupos pueden traer dulces y artesanías de la región para que pueda vender durante el festival, el dinero que es resultado de su venta será para el grupo.
Por favor, espero la confirmación tan pronto como sea posible, de su venida a nuestro festival, porque estoy seguro de que tendrá mucho éxito en este festival con la alegría y la calidad de sus grupos.
Adjunto le envío unas imágenes para tener una idea de la aparición de los eventos que los grupos tienen en el festival, con espectáculos con más de 6.000 personas no público.

Somos un Grupo de Folklore de BULLAS (Murcia).
Necesitamos con urgencia un Grupo que esté interesado en intercambio.
Nuestro Festival Nacional de Folklore es el 28 y 29 de abril. Ya sé que es muy precipitado, pero teníamos dos grupos y una no puede venir. Lo tenemos todo reservado (Hotel y Restaurantes)
Ofrecemos alojamiento, comida durante vuestra estancia, y… mucha diversión.

2nd INTERNATIONAL CULTURE FESTIVAL
27 AUGUST to 02 SEPTEMBER 2012

We will organize, from 27 August to 02 September 2012, the 2nd International Culture Festival named as “EARTH DANCERS”.
I – ADMISSION
1. The ensembles wishing to participate in the 2nd International Culture Festival should send the application form no later than 6 May 2012 by mail to the address:

2. We also request to send us with the application form, short CV of the ensemble, high quality colour photos for the catalogue and recent DVD with ensemble’s performance not shorter than 15 minutes. Organizers keep all rights for video and audio records, TV broadcasts and program of the manifestation.
3. It is possible for each country to send more than one group in order to participate to the Festival.
4. Up to the end of May 2012 the Organizing Committee will send official invitations to the ensembles, with the approval of the participation in the Festival.
5. The Organizing Committee will send the schedule for each country with the performances of the ensemble up to 15 August 2012. A similar schedule for the whole Festival period will be given to the ensemble at their arrival in Athens.
II – PARTICIPATION & ACCOMMODATION
a. It is only required from the participants to pay 100 Euro per person as a participation fee.
b. The number of participants must not to be more than 30 persons, including accompanying people and drivers. Groups over 30 persons will not be admitted. The participation fee must be paid to the Organizing Committee on 26 August 2012 (euro in cash). We would like to inform you that the leader of your group and one driver are free of charge.
c. The Organizing Committee covers the expenses of the ensembles for their accommodation and meals.
d. The accommodation will be in a camp in rooms for 4, 6, 7 or 8 persons.
III – TRANSPORTATION
The traveling expenses to and from Municipality of Athens are the participants’ responsibility.
1. The Festival expects the arrival of the ensembles in Athens on 26 August 2012 afternoon.
2. For the groups that will arrive in Greece by plane, the transportation to and from the airport and local as well, during the Festival, will be provided by the Organizing Committee of the International Culture Festival.
3. The groups, which will arrive in Athens by their own buses, will use these buses for all local transportations throughout the Festival program.
4. The ensembles, from countries which need a visa to enter in Greece, have to send their list of participants up to 20 June 2012 at the latest.
5. The Festival will provide a guide-interpreter (speaking English) for each ensemble, who will accompany the ensemble during the whole Festival period.
6. The Festival does not undertake to provide accommodation and meals after the end of the Festival. The groups should leave the camp on 03 September 2012 after breakfast.
IV – GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Performer’s age must be over 18 years old.
2. Groups arrive in Athens on afternoon on 26 August 2012 and depart from Athens after breakfast on 03 September 2012.
3. The ensemble is obliged to have a medical insurance for the members of the group during the Festival period. The lack of such a document will cause problems to Organizer in case of emergency.
4. The organizers are not responsible for any damage, which might occur to the participants or to their belongings. In case of an accident or need for an emergent medical treatment, all medical and other expenses will be paid by the participant or the participant’s insurance.
5. The Festival expects ensemble to give one or two performances daily and appear at various promotional events in Athens and the suburban areas. The ensembles are expected to be ready to take part in the Festival Programmes with two different performances respectively for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies up to 6 minutes, fragment performances for the processions 3 to 5 minutes and performances 30 to 40 minutes.
6. The ensemble must bring a national flag of its country.
7. The ensemble should perform under the accompaniment of live or recorded music. The Festival will provide sound equipment whenever appropriate.
8. The participant groups will perform only in shows arranged by the Organizing Committee of the International Culture Festival. The groups must participate in all activities of the Festival. The Organization Committee can change the dates, times and the number of the performances.
9. The Festival provides for all groups spare time for rest. Cultural and tourist programme will be proposed to participants.
10. All groups will receive gifts for their participation. An exchange of souvenirs, during the Opening and Closing Ceremony, with the organizers and local authorities is expected.
11. The Director of the ensemble is responsible for the discipline of the group’s members.
12. All the participant groups must agree these general terms and conditions.
